Leadership is all about taking responsibility and carrying out the work elegantly to transform vision into reality.
"Leader become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others"- John Maxwell. I totally agree with Mr. Maxwell as I believe that leadership is all about leading others towards advancement and making them leaders. Its all about setting an example, a good example!
A person should possess some exemplary characteristics and qualities to be renowned as a leader. He/she should be confident, proactive, honest, trustworthy, source of inspiration, motivator, organized, patient, initiator, and good communicator. Besides these unique qualities a leader should also be open to change.
Leadership has become an essential part of every individuals life. You need be a leader of your own life to become successful or to secure a better future. You need be a leader to lead your own life in a better way. We face different challenges and problems every time and facing those challenges bravely is leadership. Being positive in difficult situation is leadership. Leadership is not a position to acquire, it is an action or example. You should believe that you can be that example!
